The Breath of Joy opens the chest and brings some movement to the spine and shoulders, making it a wonderful sequence to counter periods of sitting. It’s an opportunity to marry breath with movement, to bring you back into the body and present moment, and to connect with yourself for a moment during your day. Enjoy!
