Backward Counting Meditation
This is a quick introduction to a meditation that combines a backward count with the breath to form an anchor for the mind. This makes it a wonderful practice for focusing the mind when it feels busy, overwhelmed, or scattered. This is also a lovely meditation for beginners. It takes between 5 and 10 minutes – or you can practise for however long you have time for. Enjoy!
